Packaging, Posting, Delivery & Customs Information

All our books are carefully packed in cardboard wraps that protect the book. We have been using these for several years now and sent out 1000’s of books and not yet had an issue with stock arriving damaged. In fact we often get positive comments on the standard of our packaging. 99% of the time items will be sent daily using Royal Mail Contract and will always be sent Tracked and Signed where this option is offered in the relevant countries. The price of the postage will be displayed clearly during the ordering process.

United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands

Postage is free within the UK – unless it is exceptionally heavy (Over 5kg) and we may contact you with the additional shipping fee required. All orders are sent 2nd class Tracked and Signed – where you will receive email/text to let you know when it’s out for delivery, which is usually 2-3 working days.

Europe, USA and the Rest of the World:
Postal charges, delivery times, customs duties or taxes.

Parcels weighing over the standard rate (1kg) may incur an additional charge and we will then contact you with the additional shipping fee required.

We also reserve the right to request extra payment on orders valued over £200.00.

All orders are sent Tracked & Signed where both services are offered.

Europe

£17.00 per item. Delivery times are between 4 – 7 days.
 

USA

£25.00 per item. Delivery times are between 5 – 10 days.
 

Rest of the World

£22.00 per item. Delivery times are between 5 – 12 days, depending on the country.

When ordering from www.booksbynuggetbox.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you: we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
