All books are offered subject to availability. All items remain the property of Nugget Box until fully paid for.


Payment
We can accept card payments via PayPal & Cheques in sterling from a UK Bank Account.


Refunds, Cancellations & Returns
Our sole priority is that we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Cancellations – please contact us as soon as possible as we dispatch daily after receiving order confirmation & payment (by 2pm)

Returns & Refunds – please contact us through email brian@booksbynuggetbox.com or telephone us on 01785 252487.

Please read our descriptions and view the images where provided before ordering to avoid potential disappointment. If you need further information regarding the condition then please contact us before ordering stating the Ref No.

Should a book not be as described or if an item is faulty (e.g. pages missing in a book) we will offer a full refund including shipping, providing we are contacted by email or phone. Again please be careful to read our descriptions and look at our book images, to avoid disappointment.

If you are not satisfied with an item and we feel it is correctly described, we will offer a refund of the sale value only.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and all returns should be packed securely either in the original packing or in equivalent quality material. We cannot be responsible for returned books lost or damaged in transit to us.
